I can definitely attest to what Rob is saying. To have a ready-made shell is AMAZING!!!!! It's time-consuming to set one up, but to have a ready-made one - GREAT! It does, however, take a little bit of getting used to it. I've been using it at PCC for a while as well as at UCLA.
