Reaching target communities directly (rather than only through CBO outreach)

Our needs assessment indicated that (a) there are still many adults who don’t know about our services and (b) have the misconception that our services cost $$$.

getting students to keep attending after enrolling

Biggest challenge is getting our administrators to see our vision. Working with little to no budget is also difficult.

How to get students to buy in, stay the course and complete successfully.

need to apply benefits of gaining education that could improve her life. create segmented messaging that will appeal to her motivations.

It must be in the person's native language.

YES!! We focus too much on DETAILS (flyers, etc.) up front vs. addressing the pain points and call to action!

And don't need to wait for or rely solely on student success stories. Create the fictional personas!
